I have been feeling the need to eliminate some meat from our diet. So, Todd and I have been talking about going vegetarian, well, sort of. We aren't getting rid of all meat and will continue to have a couple of "meat" meals each week but we are just cutting back on how much meat we consume. I have been interested in trying a meal planning web site recommended by Dave Ramsey.
It is called E-Mealz and they have many options of meal planning such as gluten free meals, vegetarian, and portion control. You can even choose the grocery store you prefer for your shopping list. I chose any store because WINCO is not an option and that is where we do our large shopping trips. The meal plan costs $15 for three months worth of meal planning. If you enter the word DAVE as a coupon you save an extra $2.50. They strive to keep the meal costs under $75/week - which is great considering all the men I feed around here.

They even include sides with your meals and grocery list. We will see how it goes. I'm not a big fan of tofu but maybe we will throw in some chicken into the recipes once in awhile. Check it out!
