The Old Cannery

I am still on the hunt for a round ottoman. Today I packed up the boys and headed to The Old Cannery to see what we could find. The boys love going there! They especially love the trains, gum ball machine, and space to run around.

Do you see all the train tracks hanging form the ceiling? The boys love it!

I love this round dining table.
Marked down ottomans - but, no round ones:(
 I LOVE this mirror!

 Fun and modern
Perfect ottoman but, I really want a round one
 More trains

 Gum ball machine time
Lockers for the boys' room - great idea.

 There's Elvis!
I love this - it could be a bookcase or even a buffet table - so cool!
It's always so fun to pop in and see what they have. No luck on the ottoman but, an hour worth of entertainment for my boys is always worth a trip. They are having a huge Labor Day sale with free hot dogs and drinks if you need something fun to do this weekend:)

We Survived

Last Friday night we threw a simple birthday party for Caed. We hadn't thrown him a party since he turned 1 so we thought it was time. He had so much fun. Here are a few funny pics from his special day. He is our wild guy but he can always put a smile on my face. I love this kiddo.

Birth Date Art

I saw this months ago and loved it. So, I decided that I could so whip this one up and I did. Here is the original version I posted...

And here is mine...
Love it! It will be a great addition to my art wall.

My New Friend

Last weekend we headed to Camano Island for a little neighborhood getaway. It was so much fun! While visiting Camano I always have to pop in a flea market store, called The Spare Room. Here is my "big" purchase. He adds a wonderful pop of color in our family room.

Camano Island "Camping"

Last weekend we headed up to Camano Island with our wonderful neighbors for a weekend of "camping." We have never taken the boys camping so we wanted to do it in a way that we had a bathroom, kitchen and beds just in case we needed to move them indoors. It was super fun! The boys did great. I slept inside with Mr. Pearce - he's a little bit picky when it comes to sleeping conditions. Here are some pics from our beautiful and super fun weekend.

Highlights of the weekend were: finding the best place to swim on the island (Iverson Spit), making s'mores two nights in a row (yum!), enjoying the beautiful weather and playing chubby bunny with our sweet neighbor girls, Amanda and Grace and their momma, Leslie. So fun!
